Individual Reservations (Less than 10 reservations per hotel)
Important: please be informed that hotel bookings through bnetwork online portal are exclusively for participants to EAIE Glasgow 2026. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation/s in case registration for the event has not been done. When you make a purchase with bnetwork, you agree to accept these Terms and Conditions.
1. Payment policy:
Upon acknowledgement of booking, a deposit corresponding to 100% of the total cost of your reservation is requested to secure your hotel reservation. The full prepayment of all the nights reserved is requested within 48 hours of booking. Your reservation will not be confirmed until the full amount in cleared funds for the reserved rooms is received by bnetwork. If your payment is not received 7 days after the booking date, your room(s) may be released back into the booking system for resale.
Please kindly note that some hotels may require a minimum stay. In such cases, this will be indicated in the room rate section of the hotel.
2. Accommodation Cancellation Policy
Accommodation cancellations must be communicated to bnetwork in writing via email at eaie@bnetwork.com. Telephone cancellations are not accepted as valid. Cancellation charges may apply as stipulated below.
- From confirmation until 5th June 2026, in case of cancellation of reservation no cancellation charges are applied.
- From 6th of June 2026 to 3rd July 2026, in case of cancellation or reduction of stay 50% of your total stay will be charged as administrative fees.
- From 4th July 2026 until the 3rd August 2026, in case of cancellation or reduction of stay 80% of your total stay will be charged as administrative fees.
- From the 4th August 2026, in case of cancellation or reduction of stay, the participant will be charged 100% of the total stay reserved.
No shows: Rooms that are left unoccupied 48 hours after the check-in date will be released back to the Hotel and no refund will apply.
Reservation modification changes: all reservation modifications can be made through the website "My account" function at www.eaie2026.bnetwork.com or in writing via email. Changes will be confirmed by bnetwork within 24 hours and are subject to availability.
3. Accommodation Invoicing Process
- bnetwork collects deposits for all reservations.
- Payments will then be transferred in full to the relevant Hotel(s).
- You will receive an accommodation confirmation upon receipt of the full payment, but you will not be provided with an official invoice from bnetwork for your accommodation. Your payment to bnetwork will appear as a deduction on the final invoice issued by your Hotel upon check out. The balance due on the final invoice will have to be settled directly with your Hotel before departure.

1. Payment policy - Deposit request
- A deposit corresponding to 40% of your room block will be requested upfront to confirm your reservation request, until the 5th June.
* Double Tree by Hilton Glasgow - 60% of your room block have to be paid by the confirmation of the reservation. - Before the 3rd of July 2026, an additional payment of 40% will be requested to reach 80% of your room block.
* Double Tree by Hilton Glasgow - 100% of your room block have to be paid by the 3rd of July 2026. - Before the 3rd of August 2026, an additional payment will be requested to reach 100% of your room block. All nights/rooms added from this date will have to be prepaid in full upfront to be confirmed.

Your reservation will not be confirmed until the full amount in cleared funds for the reserved rooms is received by bnetwork. In case the requested deposit is not received at the date scheduled, only the nights/rooms paid will be confirmed to the hotel, the nights/rooms unpaid may be released back into the booking system for resale.
2. Accommodation Cancellation Policy
Accommodation cancellations must be communicated to bnetwork in writing via email eaie@bnetwork.com. Cancellation charges may apply as stipulated below:
- From the reservation date until the 5th June 2026, 100% of the rooms reserved per night, per hotel, per category, can be cancelled without penalty.
- From the 6th June 2026 until the 3rd of July 2026, 30% of the remaining number of rooms reserved per night, per hotel, per category, can be cancelled without penalty.
- From the 4th of July 2026 till the 3rd of August 2026, 15% of the remaining number of rooms reserved per night, per hotel, per category can be cancelled without penalty.
- From the 4th August 2026 till the 25th August 2026, 5% of the remaining number of rooms reserved per night, per hotel, per category can be cancelled without penalty.
- From the 26th August 2026, A 100% penalty fee applies to any additional night/room cancelled
Rooming List
- By 31st of July 2026, a first rooming list is requested.
- By 25th of August 2026, the final rooming list is requested.
In any event, cancellation fees cannot be used to credit another booking or another night and are non-refundable.
